Pay attention!
All payments are processed within 5 business days.
That is, the payment status in the personal account is updated within 5 days.
There is no need to send payment receipts - the Organizing Committee cannot verify them.

After October 18, payment is only possible during the conference.

Payment of the registration fee for participation in the conference is carried out by bank transfer through the limited liability company 'Center for Interregional Innovative Development' (LLC 'INNO-MIR') until October 18.

Registration fee payment methods:

1. For legal entity:
   To pay as a legal entity, you need to fill out the contract, coordinate it with your organization and send it's electronic copy to physica.spb@inno-mir.com
   After the contract is signed by INNO-MIR LLC, you will be invoiced for the payment of the registration fee.
   The original documents regarding the payment of the registration fee (invoice, contract, and certificate of completion) will be issued at the conference upon presentation of a power of attorney for receiving financial documents.
2. Bank transfer in person:
   For payment as an individual, you need to fill out the contract and send it electronically to physica.spb@inno-mir.com. Therefore, in the header and details of the contract, you are required to specify your information as an individual - last name, first name, patronymic (if available), passport details, and place of residence.
   The registration fee can be paid by bank transfer using a receipt by receipt or by credit/debit card.
   To facilitate reimbursment through your organization, you must fill out the contract and send it electronically to physica.spb@inno-mir.com.
3. By credit card:
   You should send a written request to the email address physica.spb@inno-mir.com :

   To prevent any misunderstandings, please make sure to specify THE SPEAKER for whom you are making payments according to your personal account(s) in the system physica.spb.ru/reg.

   That is, if you pay for Gromonosov, Chernykh and Panteleev, and you yourself are Vikniksor, then without specifying "for whom" we will not understand the purpose of payment, even if you appear as co-author.

   
   When you access the physica.spb@inno-mir.com  ilink directly in email client, you will find a pre-filled form ready for completion.
   
   Within one business day, you will receive an invoice and a payment link by email.

Receipts and cash vouchers will be issued at the conference upon registration.
