Conference theses

Abstracts should be submitted to the Organizing Committee through the online registration form. The volume of abstracts should be from 2 to 4 thousand characters. Abstracts of accepted papers will be available on the conference website.

Publications of articles in Russian and English

From 2012 to 2023, the conference PhysicA.SPb's extended abstracts in English were published in the Journal of Physics: Conference Series (IOP Publishing).

Since 2023, the extended abstracts of the conference PhysicA.SPb, in the form of articles of up to 6 pages, have undergo a standard review process before being published in special issues of journals published by the Ioffe Institute: Journal of Technical Physics, Optics and Spectroscopy, Solid State Physics, Physics and Technology of Semiconductors and Letters to the Journal of Technical Physics. The translations of peer-reviewed articles are published in the English versions of FTI journals: Technical Physics, Optics and Spectroscopy, Physics of the Solid State, Semiconductors, Technical Physics Letters.

Release special editions with the materials presented at the Conference PhysicA.SPb is scheduled for December 2024.

Articles submitted by authors of papers that were not presented at the conference, as well as articles that were rejected after peer review, will not be published.

Expert opinions on the possibility of open publication

Expert conclusions on the publication of abstracts are drawn up by the authors according to the rules of their organization. Official expert conclusions concerning the potential for open publication should not be physically submitted to the conference organizers; instead, they should be retained by the authors and their respective organizations.
